Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to local import duties or taxes, which are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
My order is late or tracking hasn't moved
Carriers occasionally run behind, especially during holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, email us at support@furrova.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order ships.
