How much is shipping?

Standard insured & tracked shipping is free on orders over $100 and $5.90 below that. Want it faster? Priority Processing puts your order at the front of the queue for $8.90, or $4.90 on orders over $100.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States, the UK, most of Western Europe, Australia, New Zealand and a few more countries. See the full list on our Shipping Policy page.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

Are your products safe for my pet?

Every product we carry is chosen with your pet's comfort and safety in mind. Always follow the usage instructions on each product page, and supervise your pet when trying something new.

How do I contact you?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
