We want you and your pet to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email support@furrova.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Send the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't work as it should, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Items that can't be returned

For hygiene reasons, products that have been heavily used or soiled can't be returned unless they're defective.
